Recently, most of the large scale cow factory are use hard cement ground with the machine equipment to clean the shits in cow house in order to separate shits with pees and poluted waters, make it harmless, improve the availability of the resources, reduce the cost of the labor. Below is some introduction about some ways for cow farm to clean the manures:manual cleaning, Semi mechanical cleaning,scraping board cleaning, cattle manure cumulate fermentation,farm owners can choose the most suitable ways for themselves to do it.
1.Manual cleaning.
Workers use shovel,shovel plate, broom etc to all the manure together and pile them up, use human force to put them into cars then transport them to manure factory or put in farmland instantly, this is the common way for little cattle farms. Breeder manually cleaning the manures on the ground, not necessary for equipment investment, simple and flexible, but it’s a heavy work for workers, bad environment and low work efficiency.
2.Semi mechanical cleaning.
Semi mechanical cleaning mainly use shovel cars and tracters modify into manure cleaning cars or buy specified cars, small loading machines to cleaning the manure. Recently, there are so many technology for shovel cars and the shovel car is the bridge for manual cleaning change into semi mechanical cleaning, the cleaning shovel cars is change from small loading cars, the push manure part could using a worthless tyre change into a scraping bucket, more convenient, small and flexible, breeders can gather all the manure together then transport them.
3.Scraping board cleaning.

4. Cumulate fermentation
The manure will change into the organic fertilizer after manure go though cumulate fermentation and some harmlessness steps, the high degree will cumulate fermentation will kill all kinds of bacteria and insect eggs, a large component in manure will change into the nutrient which good for plant and it could directly use in plant cultivate and planting.this way is widely used because the advantage of cumulate fermentation is low cost,large quantity, no second time pollution, the specific way is to pile up the material in parallel lines, the cross section is more like to be a traingle and ladder-shaped, the height is 1.5-2.0m, width 4-6m,the percent of contained water after mixing is 55-65%.
