3.Characteristic
a.The organic fertilizer tipping machine is more fit to microorganism fermenting fresh fowl dung’s work mechanism and technology requirement, it can effectively mixing the thickness fowl dung and microorganism agent and straw powder. To create a better aerobic environment.There will be a degree rise lasting for 24-28 hours, deodorization for three days,become fertilizer in 15 days when fowl dung are under this loosening material conditions. It not only much more fast than deep groove fermentation, but also effectively prevent to create the harmful air like H2S, ammonia, indole, not only fit the environment protect requirement,but also can produce the first class organic fertilizer.
b.The organic fertilizer has a good structure, a good rigidity, stress balance, conciseness, solid, safe and reliable, easy to control, a good adaptability to any ground condition, all is used in standard components, easy to use and maintenance except big brackets.
4.Process

5.The process about fermentation agent
Weighing the fowl dung(contains 70% water) which is ready to dispose.
Weighing and separate the accessories to backup.
Weighing the cellulose enzyme fermentation bacteria agent, add in the quantity with 1:10000 and dispose them. Mixing the Cellulose enzyme fermentation bacteria agent with corn and rice chaff according to 1:30, well mixed.
Remixing the fowl dungs and accessories according 3:1, then put the well done enzyme add into the leavenings, then mixing them, will be finished when it has mixed evens.
Control the water in leavenings with 50%-60%, when it can made like a ball by hands and loosing you hand it will also loosing means this step has done.
Put the well mixed leavenings pile up and fermentation, the height must below 1 m, width and length must below 1.5 m.
After fermentation for 24-36 hours, the degree will be rise above 50 and reach almost above 70 degrees,will be well deodorization in 3 days.
After pile up fermentation for 15 days will reach the standard of non pollution and the national organic fertilizer standard.
